Orders may be placed via our secure website, or by e-mail, fax, telephone or  mail.
We also have an order form which you may print and send by fax or post

Prices are in £ Sterling.
The prices of new books are subject to change as a result of publishers’ price increases or exchange rate fluctuations.  Any increase in price will be notified before books are supplied.

We accept payment by the following methods:
• Credit cards: VISA / ACCESS / MASTERCARD / EUROCARD / JCB / AMEX
• Bank Draft / Cheque in £ Sterling drawn on a U.K. Bank
• By International Money Order
• P.O. GIRO -Customers in countries operating an international Giro system may pay by this method.
• Our account: I.A. Johnson  45 735 6804.  If you wish to pay by this method, £2.50 will be added to the invoice total to cover bank charges.
• US Institutions may pay by US$ cheque drawn on a US bank.
• EU country Institutions may pay by cheque in EUROs

We consider the packing of our books one of the most important parts of our service.  All books are carefully and professionally packed to ensure that you receive them in excellent condition.

The prices of books exclude P&P, which will be added to the invoice total.

OVERSEAS POSTAL CHARGES:

Books to countries outside the UK.
Europe: Books are sent by air unless otherwise requested.
Rest of World: Books are sent by economy air service (2-3 weeks), unless airmail is requested at the time of ordering.
If you wish to know the cost of postage before placing your order, we will be pleased to quote the price to you.

Any book found to be incomplete or defective (unless so described), may be returned if we are notified within 28 days of receipt.  N.B. Please inform us before returning any books as they should not be returned to the P.O. Box Address.
